Nucar St. Albans Joins the Celebration at the 2025 Vermont Maple Festival

Although a little rain fell on Sunday, April 27, the spirit of St. Albans shone bright, and the festival brought out smiling faces from all over Northwestern Vermont.

A Parade to Remember Despite the Rain

The Vermont Maple Festival Parade proudly rolled through downtown St. Albans, offering an hour and a half of nonstop family fun. Marching bands, colorful floats, local scout troops, and zany clowns kept the crowd’s energy high along Main Street. Festival-goers also had the opportunity to meet the newly crowned Maple Ambassadors, along with many of the festival’s award-winning participants.

Adding to the excitement, a Nucar F-150 made its way along the parade route, decorated and ready for action. Our team handed out candy to kids and families lining the sidewalks, bringing extra smiles even as umbrellas popped up across Taylor Park and throughout downtown. The F-150 was not just a truck in a parade; it was a symbol of how we support the hard-working families and businesses that keep Vermont strong.

The Vermont Maple Festival is much more than a weekend event. It is a celebration of a way of life. Featuring syrup tastings, food contests, and live entertainment, the festival showcases the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into every drop of Vermont maple syrup. Hosting the parade down Main Street right through the heart of St. Albans highlights how deeply this tradition is woven into our community’s fabric.
